Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Playstreets site: a free, supervised drop-in outdoor play program for neighborhood children during summer weekdays. The street is closed to vehicular traffic and opened to children with provided equipment (balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, chalk and other play supplies). Free nutritious lunches and snacks are distributed daily through the City's Summer Food Service Program. No registration is required.
