Playstreet is a Philadelphia Parks & Recreation program that closes a neighborhood block to vehicle traffic so children can play outside during summer weekdays. Trained supervisors lead games, sports, and arts and crafts for kids and teens ages 18 and under. Free USDA-funded meals and snacks are served daily through the city's Summer Food Service Program, with no registration or identification needed.
