Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church runs the Grove Cares Ministry, providing free grocery distribution to the community. The main grocery distribution schedule changes monthly; text 'TheGroveATL' to 470-466-8552 for monthly updates. Food boxes are also available for pickup by appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11 AM and 12 PM. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the distribution start time. There is a limit of 2 families per car. On-site registration is required for new clients. Rev. Dr. Sammie J. Dow is the pastor.
