Queens Public Library partners with the NYC Department of Education to serve free, ready-to-eat summer lunches to children and teens 18 and younger through the federal Summer Food Service Program. Meals are provided on-site at the library branch — no registration, sign-up, paperwork, or ID is required, and there is no cost. The program welcomes all young people in the neighborhood to enjoy a free lunch during the summer recess.
