Ridge Road Recreation Center hosts a free summer feeding site run by the DC Department of Parks and Recreation as part of the DC Youth Meals Program, a federally funded Summer Food Service Program that provides no-cost breakfast and lunch to children and youth when school is out. Children eighteen and younger simply walk in during meal service hours, with no application, ID, registration, or proof of income needed.
