The Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (SETLC) is a DC Department of Parks and Recreation facility in Ward 8 that provides tennis instruction, youth educational programs, and a kitchen-equipped community space. During the DC Youth Summer Meals season, SETLC operates as an open site for the USDA Summer Food Service Program, serving free breakfast and lunch meals on-site to youth ages 18 and younger. The program is administered in partnership with the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) and runs through the summer recess at no cost to families.
