A faith-based nonprofit serving Southwest Louisville since 1984, offering a client-choice food pantry where neighbors can select their own groceries. The organization also provides home-delivered food for qualifying households and hot meals for homebound seniors through Meals on Wheels, as well as emergency financial assistance for rent, utilities, and housing. Additional programs include children's backpack and Christmas programs, senior food programs in partnership with Dare to Care, and seasonal outreach initiatives. SWCM unites community partners to help neighbors in crisis move toward self-sufficiency with greater independence and resilience.
