To register, visit St. John’s Bread & Life (in person) Monday through Thursday at 795 Lexington Avenue in Brooklyn from 8:00am – 1:00pm. The pantry is open till 2:00pm but you will want to come earlier to give us time to register you and set you up with a Bread & Life shopping ID card. Bring at least one proof of ID and one proof of address. See below for examples. Examples of Photo ID Driver License/Non-Driver ID Passport Green Card/Work Permit Employee/Student ID Examples of Proof of Address Gas, Electric, Cable, Telephone, or Medical Bill Shelter or other housing program letter Voter Registration Card Lease/ Rent receipt Social Security letter Tax Return Pay Stub Bank StatementArrive early to receive a number. Diapers for the children under 2. Hot meals and help with housing and EBT services may be available.
