This senior center offers two food assistance programs. Congregate sit-down lunches are served Tuesday through Friday at 12:00 PM. These meals are for individuals aged 55 and over who have registered as members. Individuals under 60 pay a full meal price (currently about $4.10), while those 60 and older are asked for a donation. A free food box program is available for individuals aged 60 and over. Enrollment in the food box program requires registration, proof of income, and proof of identity. Neither program is intended for emergency food needs.

You can receive food by visiting The Center at Journey’s Way, May 5th at 12:00 PM in 3 days. Make sure to check each resource to see details like address, full schedule, and requirements–The Center at Journey’s Way requires: Registration required.

Can someone deliver the food to my house?

Delivery services are very limited and are usually reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we can help you find options in your area.

What do I have to bring?

Every location is different! Please review the details included on each resource to see whether you need to bring any documentation like ID or proof of address, or supplies like bags to carry the food. If you don’t see any information on the resource, you don’t have to bring anything!
