William Cullen Bryant High School serves as a free open community feeding site for the New York City Department of Education's annual Free Summer Meals Program. During the summer recess, anyone eighteen years old or younger can stop by to pick up a free, ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch prepared by the NYC Department of Education Office of Food and Nutrition Services. Children do not need to attend this school, sign up, show identification, or bring paperwork to receive a meal.
