    FOOD PANTRY: Offers non-perishable food items, fresh food, and frozen meats and vegetables, distributed on the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the 3rd week of the month. Anyone is eligible for emergency food assistance once, but for reoccurring clients, people must live in the zip codes 21409 or 21012. First-time applicants may request emergency groceries if they cannot wait for the regularly scheduled dates. Also accepts food donations.
