    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options in Lower Manhattan.

    To register for grocery delivery; must be 60 years or older. Must send proof of age by email; instructions will be given via phone. Once you register, you will receive weekly deliveries. Available in English & Spanish. Turnaround time is 1-3 days, and they cover Northeastern Queens.

    Please note that the Commonpoint Queens Food Pantries will be closed from June 22-July 4, reopening on July 5.

    Here’s the link to the online application: https://a069-access.nyc.gov/accesshra/ The mobile app is called “NYC Access HRA”.

    After you complete the application questions on the website, you can connect your account to the app & use your phone camera to take pictures of docs you have to submit!

    Our model is taking individual requests from residents of our covered area (roughly Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill) for groceries, baby supplies, and cleaning/household supplies.

    We can shop and deliver, put in an order for the person to pick up at Target, or if they're able to shop for themselves, we can either reimburse them or have one of our volunteers meet them at the store to pay at the register.

      • Collective Fare offers recurring free meal delivery or low-cost grocery delivery to East Brooklyn. Meals are free, but groceries (generous box of produce) cost $10 if paying cash/credit/debit, $7 if paying with SNAP. Delivery is free. Payment happens at time of delivery.
