Nourish up Prepared Meal Delivery

Delivering delicious, nutritious meals to your door through our Meals on Wheels program helps you stay healthy and comfortable at home. You’ll receive a prepared meal typically consisting of a protein, vegetable, starchy vegetable, fruit cup, and bread ready to heat and eat. Volunteers deliver meals Mondays through Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm, except on holidays. Meal costs are determined by a sliding scale (based on income, housing, and medical expenses) ranging between $1.00 and $5.00 per meal, as of 2025.
