Families need to complete the 2024-25 school meal & summer EBT application to receive summer benefits ($120 per eligible child)- name spelling, address, etc. all need to be up to date and accurate! Summer EBT Outreach Toolkit" https://www.pa.gov/content/dam/copapwp-pagov/en/dhs/documents/services/assistance/documents/snap/PA-1990-SunBucks-Application.pdf Community Legal Services (CLS) provides free legal advice and representation to low income residents of Philadelphia. To qualify for help, your income cannot be more than 125% of the federal poverty line (in rare cases they may be able to help people with slightly higher incomes).
They help people who are experiencing issues with an existing SNAP case, but not with new applications. Please listen to all the prompts, choose your issue and leave a message. Your call will be returned within 2 business days.
