    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options in Seaport.

    • The kiosk is located between the 2nd and 3rd floors (right beside the tax windows). Take the North elevator to floor 3 and then head to the tax windows. You will see the podium just behind a column.

    People who use wheelchairs can reach the kiosk from the building's first floor entrance from Congress Street near Faneuil Hall or the third floor entrance from City Hall Plaza at Government Center by taking the North elevator up to the 6th floor then taking the South elevator down to the 3rd floor.
